Shipping Policy

Our goal is to provide a 5 Star shipping experience by ensuring our customers get quick, safe delivery of their vintage photos at a reasonable cost! At this time, we believe that USPS Priority and Global Priority Mail provide the best combination of these factors and we recommend this as our standard shipping practice. Some of our customers have requested a lower cost alternative so we are pleased to announce that we now provide the option to receive your photos via USPS First Class Mail.

When using 1st Class Mail, please allow for longer delivery times and potential, but unlikely, mishandling by the postal service. To protect our customer's photos, we carefully pack each order, enclosing all loose photos in a plastic sleeve, include corrugate inserts for rigidity, and clearly mark each package, "Photos - Do Not Bend". Most orders ship within 48 hrs of payment clearance.

We insure all Priority packages up to $100.00. Additional insurance, if desired, can be requested at checkout for an additional fee.
* Estimated shipping time from our door to yours. International orders are subject to potential Customs delays.
** We have experience significant problems shipping to our customers in Italy. Due to the potential for lost and delayed shipments, we cannot offer First Class Mail to Italy at this time and all orders with Italian shipping addresses will be charged a $11.25 Registered Mail fee to ensure timely delivery to our customers. We apologize for this unfortunate necessity.

Payment Policy

We sell an average of 1,000 photos every week! In order to handle this growing volume and provide our customers with the best service and fastest shipping possible, we use a checkout system powered by Channel Advisor, Inc., a registered eBay Solutions Provider and winner of the prestigious eBay Star Developer Award for the past 3 years. Please use the checkout button in the Payment Section of the Description or wait for an email with further instructions. Though we do not require you to use it, this checkout system provides the following benefits:

Automatically combines multiple wins, saving time and money.

Increases speed and accuracy of order handling and shipping.

Allows buyers to check status of their orders via our website.

Allows buyers to choose the most convenient form of payment - Paypal, Visa/MC, check or money order.

Our Terms and Conditions

We allow buyers to combine wins from 2 consecutive weeks of auctions. Therefore, payment is expected within 15 days of auction/listing end. If payment is not received within this time frame, Unpaid Item Disputes will be filed and the item automatically re-listed. Sales tax will be added for Kansas residents. International buyers must pay in US dollars.

Return Policy

We are absolutely committed to customer satisfaction and our feedback reflects this! Our photos come with a 7 day examination period - in the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us within 7 days of receiving the item and we will work with you to find a solution that best meets your needs. If we determine that returning your item is the best solution, the following conditions must be met:

Photo MUST be returned in the condition it was received. Specifically, graded photos must be returned with CGC holders intact. This is absolutely non-negotiable.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number.
